In Italy, a wine bar is called “Enoteca”, meaning “wine bar”. The original idea behind the concept of La Riserva is simple: It’s a wine bar and a restaurant, where you can be comfortable learning and discovering new food and wine, having the opportunity to come and experience that which you have always dreamed of.  Come try superior wines from small, family wineries and smaller vinyards.  Chef Sparacino says ”I want to help everyone learn to develop and trust their own palates. Taste and preference are subjective, that’s why there are so many wonderful wines out there!” 

La Riserva Wine Bar will offer a large selection of wines - by the half glass, by the glass and by the bottle.  Our “Passport Wine Tasting”  will  offer 2oz. pour samples of select wines related by grape varietal, region or style. The wines will be presented in the order in which they appear on the wine list, which will give each guest the opportunity to taste and compare the wines at his or her leisure.  The map under your glass will let you know from which region in Italy you are drinking! La Riserva Wine Bar will offer a lighter fare of “small plates” to complement its wines and drinks, including an array of cured meats, imported and local cheeses, a variety of regional Italian olives, as well as selected starters, main courses and desserts from  Chef Sparacino’s kitchen.

As fascinating and varied as wines are, there are times when a cocktail is in order. At La Riserva, we offer a full bar of quality liquors and liqueurs. Come in for a classic or creative martini, have a locally brewed or imported beer or go for it with one of our single malt scotches, vodkas or tequilas.  Several nights a week, guests can listen to our entertainment lineup of local musicians, as you relax on one of our sofas, sit at our newly renovated bar or enjoy an intimate conversation at a table for two…your ultimate evening experience awaits you at La Riserva!
